I had Sally Tour come to rescue my family holiday when my original tour operator from my home country could not proceed with the plan due to less than minimum participants required.

What started as an enquiry for local day tours, through direct WhatsApp communication, it became a full 13 days customised private tour, fully replacing the original tour plan we had and beyond.
We have then enjoyed our visits to Seoul, Jeju, Busan and YongPyong ski resort.

Sally offers us speedy, comprehensive and flexible service, before, during and till the end of the tour period. She was always available to make adjustments requested and to handle issues promptly during the tour.

If there is anything I can suggest is that for a private tour like ours, I wish some of the local tour guide assigned can let us more time to enjoy some of the attractions we are interested with and less strict on meeting the number of places to visit on the day.

Thanks to Sally, our holiday in Korea was saved and become very memorable.
